billeater.com always requires a password, but your browser ( internet explorer, firefox, etc ) is capable of saving your password for you.
I suspect this is why it appears not to ask you for a password.
Also, once you login, billeater doesn't ask for a password for the duration of your session. So, if you notice that it's only asking for a password after you shut down all your browser windows and bring up a new one, it could be that your session expired.
Most of the time that I visit this site I am not required to enter my PW or anything else. On occasion it does not seem to recognise me and prompts me to login.

Thanks for the response. This internet business is all a series of magic and mirrors IMHO so I'll believe any old thing.
