Free Kotex mixed sample pack

There's 3 different sample packs, all of which are a combination of pads, liners and/or tampons.

While supplies last. Please allow 10 weeks for delivery. Available to U.S. residents only in continental U.S. You must be 13 or older to receive this sample. One sample kit per request, with a limit of two requests per household.

Two requests, not one. That's good to see.

I requested this again. It says two per household and doesn't say it has to be different names. I'm experimenting. :) I asked for a different pack, same email and everything and it took it.
