To receive your rebate, fill out and print this form. Then mail it to the address below with the original UPC from the package and the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. All fields are required.

I'll pass. Mail-in rebates always mysteriously vanish when I send them in. I'd want a coupon upfront.

I don't know, cookiefan. Maybe they sell them too cheaply for their liking?
I'll stick with my cheap Bics. I don't mind a few nicks and cuts if I save money LOL.
