That just goes to show too Kay that you never know when something will strike that's unheard of! Just because it's never happened in your lifetime doesn't mean it won't ever. We can't be too complacent and assume it's always the other guy.

The Disaster Relief part under the Loans section is good to keep in mind. They can be up to 30 years. After last winter's ice storm I notice stuff like that now. We were lucky that we didn't have anything apart from minor damage and debris. Others we know had their roofs and cars caved in by falling trees. Thanks for that, frazzledmom. :)
