It's so great to get more than you bargained for, isn't it. :) We women need to think about bone health fi we want to avoid osteoporosis when we get older.  Thank you frazzledmom!

My great aunt has a hump on her back through osteoporosis. I don't want to eat up like that! Drink milk too to strengthen your bones. Thanks frazzledmom. :)

You can usually count on the Walmart free samples to be there for a while. I like theirs. Others are gone as fast as lightning. Thanks frazzledmom. :)
