I don't know what you'd call this LOL. I cut plastic milk jug cartons in half round the middle, pierce holes in the bottom and  use them as planters. I guess it's a recycling of sorts when you do something different than expected with an item. Do you do that?

You can take an outgrown baby romper suit ( the no- leg, studded bottom style ones). This style -

 
Sew up the bottom of it where the legs go through. Hang it on a coathanger, unbutton a few top buttons at the neckline to loosen it enough to let you get your hand inside and out easily. Thanks for the new ideas, everyone. :) I got another planting receptacle one today. My friend drills holes in the bottom of plastic coffee containers like Folgers and gets a can of cheap spray paint at the dollar store to spray them green. She said they need to be sanded with a little sandpaper to help the paint stick better and it needs to be paint suitable for outdoors, a waterproof one.
