Good Neighbor Next Door: Buy a Home for Half Price

Here’s a deal for school teachers, police officers, and firefighters. The U.S. Department of Housing & Development (HUD) has a program that offers 50 percent off the list price of certain houses as long as you live there for at least three years. It’s called the Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND) program, and it’s offered all over the United States.

The purpose of the Good Neighbor program is to strengthen communities by encouraging employed law enforcement officers, teachers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians to live in the community. Read the rest...

A few of the sophisticated ones are “phishing”, “DNSpoisoning”, “screen grabbing” and “key-logging”.  Believe it or not, they use malware software such as Zeus and Sinowal that actually intrude (undetected) in your computer, to steal your identity. The good news is that new computer protection software can now detect such malicious attacks and remove or block their access entirely.
